Hill Aerospace Museum

This weekend we took the kids to Hill Aerospace Museum. William has been begging to sit in a airplane because daddy always gets to go on airplanes. It was a blast--and it was FREE! It wore the kids out. By the time we were ready to leave Faith wouldn't stand for pictures, she'd just plop on the floor. So, if any of you sisters want to come down we could go here and the kids would have a lot of fun!

The Blaze Game

So last weekend we decided to take our two kids to the Blaze game. It was a lot of fun despite the fact that we only stayed for the first quarter (Faith started to get a little fussy). The game started at 7:00. We arrived about 45 minutes early and watched the dancers and football team warm up. We also had to make several trips to the concessions- that was Williams favorite part. First Post Ever!

Hello Friends and Family,

This is my first post. How exciting! I want to give a big THANKS to Bianca Madsen for coming over and helping me get set up. I couldn't have done it without her help. I'm hoping in time my blog skills will improve and that this will be a fun way to keep in touch with extended family, friends, etc.

I named this blog after our family's summer hobby, gardening. This past summer we planted our first garden and I started growing a few perrennials to sell (if they make it throught the winter). We love spending time outside and gardening is a great way to teach our kids some valuable lessons. We look forward to sharing some of our backyard moments with you.
